To get your previous desktop
picture to stop showing up when you boot your pc:
goto: c:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
You should be able to find the picture file that was previously your background,
simply delete it! Click

So, how do I do that?
Double click on My Computer,
Then find the "C" drive and double click on it.
Then find the Windows folder and double click on it.
Then find Application Data and double click on it... You may have to click
show all files on the left.
Now find Microsoft and double click that
Then Internet Explorer and double click that
Your there Now all you have to do is find the old picture and delete it.
